Confirmed flight tickets or booking confirmation showing travel dates and purpose.

Last 3-6 months bank statements showing sufficient funds for the trip.

Official letter from employer stating position, salary, and approval for leave.

Salary slips, tax returns, or business registration showing stable income.
🏠 Accommodation Proof

Hotel Booking
Confirmed hotel reservation or booking confirmation for entire stay period.

If staying with friends/family, letter from host with their ID copy and address proof.
📍 Important Notes by Country
- Schengen Countries: Require travel health insurance (€30,000 minimum coverage)
- USA: DS-160 form confirmation and SEVIS fee payment for students
- UK: Immigration Health Surcharge and tuberculosis test results
- Canada: Medical examination and police certificates from all countries lived in for 6+ months
- Australia: Health examination and character certificates
- Saudi Arabia: Umrah/Hajj permits and vaccination certificates
